How does the tracking work? +
When someone clicks your unique referral link, a 30-day cookie is stored in their browser. If they subscribe within 30 days — even if they leave and come back — you get credited for the referral permanently.
When and how do I get paid? +
Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal. You'll receive payment for the previous month's active referrals by the 5th of each month. You need a PayPal account to receive payments.
What happens if a subscriber cancels? +
If a subscriber you referred cancels their subscription, their commission is removed from your next payment. You only earn commission on currently active subscriptions — this ensures you promote to genuinely interested audiences.
What if a subscriber upgrades their plan? +
Great news — your commission automatically recalculates at the higher tier. If someone you referred upgrades from Starter ($79) to Professional ($149), your commission increases accordingly that month.
Is there a minimum payout threshold? +
The minimum payout is $20. If your earnings are below $20 in a given month, they roll over to the following month.
Can I be a partner and a subscriber at the same time? +
Absolutely — in fact we prefer it. Partners who use the platform themselves promote it more authentically and effectively.
How do I move up to a higher partner tier? +
Tier upgrades happen automatically. When your active referral count reaches the threshold for the next tier, your commission rate updates on your next monthly payment. No action needed from you.
